Maxine is the Managing Director and founder of Amax Estates, which has been successfully trading for over 20 years, specialising in lettings, sales and block management. She is very proud of the achievements of her firm, particularly the 26 industry awards won by Maxine and Amax.

Maxine started in the industry in 1988. She is of Member of NAEA and ARLA, Fellow of IRPM and RICS Associate. In 2005 she studied the Warwick University syllabus and successfully gained qualifications to become a HHSRS Risk Assessor and Domestic Energy Assessor.

In addition to running her business, Maxine is a trainer of landlords and agents having tendered for and won the contract to deliver landlord/agent training through Camden Council on behalf of the London Landlords Accreditation Scheme (ATLAS) and is personally responsible for successfully training over 5000 landlords and agents to date.

Due to her skills and knowledge she is often invited to be a stakeholder on various Government consulting groups relating to housing. She also serves as the current President of ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) PropertyMark, a role which she was elected to by the PropertyMark members.
