Bank charges * £20.00 per returned, refused or re-presented payment

Pest control * fee will be variable dependant on infestation

Repair costs * fee will be variable dependant on works required if deemed tenant’s liability

Landlord’s Insurance Excess * fee will be variable dependant on policy excess

Utility charges * charge will be variable dependant on supplier and works required
