At the annual News on the Block Property Management Awards held at the Lords Cricket Ground on 5th December 2011, Amax Estates were delighted to have been nominated as finalists for Managing Agent of a RMC/RTM block, London Property Manager of the Year, Regional Property Manager of the year and Young Property Manager of the year and walked away this year with two prestigious Highly Commended Awards for 'Young Property Manager of the Year'.
